Happy new year !

IOW send you its best wishes for this new year, which is the International year of Water Cooperation. This theme, precious to IOW, was chosen by UN to raise awareness of the increasing water demand and scarcity of a ood quality resource challenges.

For over 20 years, IOW work at different geographical scales for institutional, legal and technical solutions, adapted to the most varied contexts, on all continents, especially in transboundary basins. In continuation of its action, IOW will be involved to make 2013 a year of progress for a better water access to all.
